Now titled Music Theory Note by Note, this new edition is coming your way in September of this year from new (to me) publisher DK Publishing. The new edition will be priced at $24.99 and include a self-hosted (that is, hosted by me on this site) version of the popular Music Theory Note by Note Ear Training Course.
